It has all the usual thing like large numbers of retailers whom you can get cashback from when you buy things online, and daily clicks & searches, and one off clicks where you sign up for a credit card, or send for some information. There are lots of competitions available to enter on here as well.
Payout is from £5 and you have a choice of four different methods to choose from. at £5 confirmed balance, you can opt for either paypal, or Amazon gift certificate, or you can choose to make a donation to Cancer Research UK instead. These options are all free. If you have £10+ confirmed then you can request a bank transfer, but this will cost you a £3 admin fee.
